"The Tooth Love Course"
Step out of regular dentistry and into the world of biomimetics. Here you´ll be giving, Tender Loving and Care, to teeth.
Yes. Show me more! This is Your Journey of Becoming a Minimal Invasive Biomimetic Dentist.
In this course, you will go from feeling uncertain and overwhelmed to confident and purposeful in your ability to treat teeth minimally invasive with biomimetic methods both on single teeth and in full-mouth cases.
You will build a strong foundation for your personal and practice growth and set sails for a great life-work balance.
Does prepping away sound tooth structure make you uneasy?
I once heard a speaker describe prepping for multiple crowns as “blowing off enamel.” Just the thought makes my heart ache. It takes nature 9–11 years to grow a tooth, yet we often get only a fleeting moment to repair it when something goes wrong. That’s why we should treat every tooth with the utmost respect.
Over the past 28 years, I’ve learned there’s a better way—a way to preserve teeth, keep them vital, and ensure they remain functional for the rest of your patient’s life. The secret lies in prepping less, with precise intent, leveraging advanced adhesion techniques, and adding a touch of occlusion expertise.
This approach doesn’t just benefit the patient. It can transform your practice and your life, replacing the stress and burnout you may be feeling with purpose, joy, and lasting success—both professionally and personally.
It all starts with educating your patients, staying committed to your own education, being crystal clear about your values, and building a brand that aligns with them. When you’re ready to do the work, the results will follow.
So, what do you say?
“Be intentional and responsible and build a great reputation where your patients and staff will be your fans.”

I'm Regitze Praestegaard
Dentist, Educator, Dreamer, and Advocate for Better Dentistry
I’m a general dentist from Denmark on a mission to transform dentistry—both for patients and for dentists themselves.
I help dentists thrive financially and professionally by embracing Premium Health Management through minimally invasive, biomimetic methods and a commitment to complete dentistry. Whether you’ve experienced burnout or struggled to take the leap into something new, I’m here to show you it’s possible to reclaim your confidence, become your own boss, and build a practice (and life) you love. It’s about long-term success—for your patients, your business, and your well-being.
My Journey
I graduated from the Dental School of Copenhagen in 1996 and landed my first job in a classic “drill-fill-bill” practice. My calendar was packed, but my direction? Nonexistent. Like most dentists, I was trained to focus on disease—caries, cancer, periodontal issues—and to treat teeth as individual units, not as part of a bigger picture.
In 2001, I bought my own office. Suddenly, I was the boss, juggling new roles, motherhood (with two kids in a not-so-happy marriage), and a constant stream of patients. Time to rethink my treatments? Not a chance. My office became another drill-fill-bill machine.
Then, in 2006, everything changed.
A 24-year-old woman came to me with severe erosion from bulimia. She dreamed of having beautiful teeth again. I had been a dentist for a decade, yet I had no idea how to help her. It was a lightbulb moment—and a wake-up call.
I realized I didn’t love dentistry the way I thought I did. I was surviving, not thriving. So I started asking questions:
Why was I trained to treat symptoms but not the root causes?
Why did I focus on disease, rather than health and longevity?
The answers led me on a transformative journey.
The Turning Points
I dove into continuing education, traveling to Seattle to study at Spear Education. Their philosophy on occlusion and full-mouth treatment laid the foundation for my practice. Inspired, I began integrating minimally invasive techniques pioneered by Pascal Magne, Francesca Vailati, Didier Dietschi, and others.
But the real game-changer came in 2021 when I completed the Alleman Biomimetic Mastership. It unlocked advanced adhesion techniques, crack dissection, and a whole new way of thinking about tooth preservation. These moments of discovery have shaped who I am today.
My Mission
If I could offer my younger self one piece of advice, it would be this:
Start sooner. Stop doubting yourself. Don’t feel trapped by what you learned in dental school.
Dentistry is a lifelong journey, but building a strong foundation early in your career will change everything. Mastering occlusion and adhesion may not sound glamorous, but trust me—it makes the rest of your practice simpler, sexier, and far more rewarding.
You and I are gatekeepers of great health. The future of dentistry lies in prevention, minimally invasive care, and a focus on function and longevity. That’s the foundation I want to help you build—a boutique practice where you drill less, preserve more, and create lasting smiles for your patients while enjoying a stress-free, profitable career.
Where I Am Today
I’m still learning, growing, and becoming a better dentist every day. My office, which started as a drill-fill-bill practice in 2001, is now a purpose-driven, intentional clinic. We know exactly what we stand for, and it’s a joy to show up every day. Stress is minimal, burnout is a thing of the past, and I’m living my dream.
The “Tooth Love Course”
I created the Tooth Love Course to inspire and empower dentists like you to become the best in the world. This program gives you the tools to build a boutique practice that stands the test of time—with loyal, healthy patients, a focus on preservation, and a professional life that’s as fulfilling as it is profitable.
The choices you make today shape your future. Be intentional. You have the power to build an extraordinary career in what I truly believe is the greatest profession on earth. It all starts here.
Let’s create something amazing together.
XO,
Regitze Praestegaard
